The Story of The Bucket Carrier

/ by

This is a story that had me intrigued. I’m a simple woman, living a simple life trying to make the best of what I’ve got. I’ve had some successes and some failures, but I’m always looking for a way to make things better, without the constant struggle. This is why I’m so glad I met Jeff, who introduced me to a different way of looking at things. I watched the video of the bucket carrier. That was when the penny dropped for me, and my life took an amazing turn. I followed his 3 step system and now I’m no longer part of the 95% of network marketers that consistently fail at making money online.

Coconut Water – 100% Pure Vitality

Coconut Water – A Hydrating Drink Or Just Liquid In A Cup?

Lately I can’t seem to get enough of coconut water. I drink it in the morning, afternoon and evening. I live in the UK and I don’t stand a chance of bumping into a coconut tree any time soon, so I have to settle for the canned or cartoned variety. I’ve tried a lot of them, but there’s only one that reminds me of back home – Vita Coco.

I was only drinking it because I like the taste. When I realised it had much more benefits attached to it, it made me like it even more.

Benefits of Coconut Water

  • It can help you lose weight
  • It’s low in calories
  • It helps you speed up your metabolism
  • It’s rich in potassium
  • It’s rich in sodium
  • Effective in preventing or soothing diarrhea
  • It’s rich in Vitamin C
  • t’s good for maintaining healthy blood pressure levels

There are so many reasons to drink coconut water, but there are also some things to be aware of. As with everything ingested, it is always best to do things in moderation. Too much intake of coconut water can lead to toxic levels of potassium within the body over time. This may lead to abnormal heart palpitations and renal disease.

There are so many different studies done on the good and bad about coconut water, but the bottom line is, the good outweighs the bad. So long as I drink in moderation, I’m happy that I’m doing my body some good.

Spinach – Why do I Love It So Much?

/ by

I was reading an article the other day about my beloved spinach. Don’t ask me why. I think I was having a bored moment. Did you know that spinach originally comes from Persia? By the 12th century, it spread across Europe and became a desirable leafy green known for good health.

That’s music to my ears, because like Popeye, I love spinach. I use it in any dish I can. It may not give me the same kind of strength, but it sure does make me feel good when I’m chewing on the scrumptious leaves.

Nutrients in Spinach

It is well known for its nutritional qualities and has always been regarded as a plant with remarkable abilities to restore energy, increase vitality and improve the quality of the blood.

  • rich in iron
  • vitamin K
  • vitamin A
  • vitamin C
  • folic acid
  • magnesium
  • vitamin B2

Out of all the green leaves, spinach is my favourite, not just because of all it’s nutritional benefits, but because I love the way it tastes. I like to make a sweet potato and creamy spinach pie. Sometimes I add chicken cubes or bacon strips. It goes down a treat every time.

Spinach does to me what doughnuts do to Homer Simpson lol. What’s your favourite vegetable?
